the staff was very helpful i found them attentive. our room was modern and clean i could not fault it. the breakfast had a good variety of foods it was a plus.

the staff offered early check-in, which i found helpful. the spa reception staff was cute and accommodating, even with my late arrival.
some amenities were not always supplied consistently! bottled water was sometimes missing. the breakfast venue was occasionally too busy, and finding a seat proved difficult.

the staff was helpful and professional i especially appreciated the restaurant the morning buffet was well stocked the food quality was high i loved the honey in the honeycomb it was so healthy the gym had the equipment i needed for workouts sauna jacuzzi steam room and swimming pool were enjoyable
i found the location a bit far from main shopping areas that lack made transportation more difficult i spent a considerable amount on taxis to reach downtown area i wish there was a hotel shuttle to resolve this
